Understanding how mind, body and vital force  influence each other.

Transform Your life with the physical, emotional, and mental

The Flow of Natural Intelligence

Everything around us is in constant movement and exchange. At the smallest levels, particles interact, molecules move, and chemical and electrical reactions take place. These invisible interactions create changes that eventually become visible as structure, movement, matter, and form.

We can see this same intelligence in nature. Moving water shapes the ground. Wind moves through the landscape, shaping trees, clouds, and the earth itself. Rivers carve their paths, waves reshape the shore, and sound carries messages through the songs of birds, the songs of whales, and the movement of air. The movement of air also carries life across the planet.

The Earth itself is constantly moving, exchanging, transforming, and responding. What we cannot always see is expressed through what we can see: movement, shape, growth, weather, and life.

And this movement does not stop at the Earth. The Earth moves within the solar system, the planets move through space, stars are born and transform, and entire galaxies are in motion. Everything is part of a larger system of movement, interaction, and exchange.

From the smallest particle to the movement of the Earth, from the wind and water to the movement of planets and galaxies, there is a continuous process of interaction and transformation. What appears separate is constantly influencing and responding to something else.

For me, this is part of the natural intelligence of life: everything is moving, communicating, transforming, and becoming. What we experience in our own bodies is not separate from this larger world. We are part of the same living movement.

The breath is part of this same continuous exchange. It connects the visible and the invisible.

Through breath, sound, and mindful awareness, we can begin to become conscious of this movement. We learn to quiet mental noise, understand our patterns, and create more space between what we experience and how we respond.

who am I

I am Camila Prete, a Brazilian artist, tattoo artist, and therapist

Today, I bring these different paths together through art, tattooing, science of breath, sound, body awareness, and the study of the potentiality of the mind.

My work is an ongoing exploration of how mind and body communicate, how our internal states can influence our experience and vice-versa, and how we can become more aware of the intelligence already present within us.

I am interested in the way form expresses intelligence, from the most fundamental processes of the body to the complex relationship between perception, emotion, thought, and physiology. The body is a living system, constantly communicating, adapting, and responding to the world around us.

My intention is to create experiences that invite us to become more present, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of our own body, heart, and mind.

Immerse yourself in your natural intelligence.

beginning of all of this

My journey began through art and design, graduating in Industrial Design in São Paulo, Brazil. My background as an artist and designer taught me to observe form, matter, structure, color, texture, and the way we interact with the world through the body.

Throughout my journey, I have explored many different artistic mediums and materials — from making pigments and working with paint, to sculpting wood, shaping metal, molding clay, and blowing glass. I have always been curious about how each material responds to touch, heat, pressure, movement, and transformation, and how it can be manipulated to create something new.

I became fascinated by the process of giving form to an idea, animating matter through our hands, and creating beauty through color, shape, texture, and movement. This exploration taught me to look beyond the surface of things — to understand the nature of a material, how it behaves, and how our interaction with it can transform both the material and the experience of creating.

markings of life

As a tattoo artist, my relationship with the body became much deeper. Working directly with the skin brought me into contact with people’s stories, emotions, memories, and identity, and sparked my curiosity about the relationship between the psychological and the physical.

I began studying the body’s meridian system through Traditional Chinese Medicine, while paying closer attention to the areas of the body people chose to tattoo, the emotions and stories that emerged during our sessions, and the meaning behind their designs.

Over time, I began noticing interesting connections between where someone chose to place a tattoo, the design they were drawn to, what they were experiencing emotionally, and the stories that brought them to that moment. These observations deepened my interest in how our inner experiences can be expressed through the body, and how the body can become a place where we mark, carry, and re-signify our experiences.

Each tattoo session is unique. I approach each person as an individual, creating a space that responds to what they are seeking or needing in that moment — whether it is to mark a transition, explore something within themselves, release, reconnect, or simply sit in a quiet space and be present with themselves.

The tattoo can become a tool for self-knowledge, reflection, and connection, giving form to something that may be difficult to express through words.

the power of the breath

My exploration then expanded into Neuroscience of Breath, through postgraduate studies in the physiology of breathing and its relationship with the nervous system, the mind, emotions, the chemistry of the body, and Life Force.

This opened another layer of my understanding of the incredible alchemy constantly happening within us. With every breath, we are exchanging molecules with the world around us, influencing our physiology, shifting our nervous system, and changing the internal environment of the body and brain activity.

Breath can become like a dial. Depending on how we breathe, we can influence our state of energy, alertness, focus, calm, and rest, responding to what the body, mind, and Life Force may need in each moment.

It creates a rhythm and timing for life .

Learning to work with this dial brings us into a deeper relationship with our own natural intelligence. Rather than forcing the body into a particular state, we learn to listen, adjust, and create the conditions for the body and mind to find their way back toward balance and restoration.

sound frequency

I used to attend sound baths almost every weekend as a way to start my week, and I noticed that sound helped me not only with stress, but also with the inflammation and soreness in my hand from tattooing. This made me curious about how sound and vibration can support the body, not only emotionally, but physically too.

I started exploring different instruments, tones, and frequencies, spending hours feeling how each one touched my body and noticing how each sound made me feel. It was a natural and intuitive exploration, more self-taught than formal.

Over time, I began to understand sound as something much bigger than what we hear. Sound is vibration, one of the primal ways energy moves and expresses itself. Because vibration interacts with the body, sound can influence our breathing, attention, emotions, nervous system, brain activity, and state of consciousness.

Sound can also change patterns of brain activity and influence how we experience ourselves in the moment. Rhythm, frequency, and resonance can help shift our internal rhythm, quiet mental activity, support relaxation, and invite us into different states of awareness.

Since the body is largely made of water, we can also experience sound as vibration moving through the body. For me, sound healing is an exploration of this relationship between vibration, body, mind, and consciousness.

Today, I lead individual and group sound journeys, bringing together sound, vibration, breath, and stillness to create a space for relaxation, restoration, and a deeper connection with the natural intelligence of the body.

body and emotions

The time I spent investigating the body and emotions naturally led me to the study of ThetaHealing® and the body meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine, culminating in my training as a ThetaHealing® practitioner.

Through this work, I began exploring the relationship between the conscious and subconscious mind, and how our experiences shape the stories and beliefs through which we understand ourselves and the world around us.

So much of what we know and how we experience life is shaped by what we have come to believe to be true. It can influence the food we choose, the things we are drawn to, our interests, our fears, our doubts, and even our sense of safety.

When a belief begins to create limitations in the way we act, feel, connect with ourselves, or allow ourselves to grow and prosper, it can become what we call a limiting belief system.

ThetaHealing® uses meditation and guided practices to enter a deeply relaxed theta state of consciousness, creating a space to explore the subconscious mind and become aware of the beliefs and patterns that may be influencing our experience.

By bringing these patterns into awareness, we can begin to re-signify the stories we tell ourselves, see our experiences from a new perspective, and gain a clearer vision of what truly brings us peace, connection, and meaning.
